Branden Martin Corrective Exercise Specialist, Biosignature Practitioner 

Branden has a certification through the International Sports Sciences Association and a Biosignature Modulation Certification from the Poliquin Institute. He has been in the industry for over 9 years. His career started in Fayetteville, NC where he worked with Marines, Air Force and Special Forces to get them in shape for the field or back on their feet after injury. Besides the military, he has also worked with athletes, MMA fighters, standard weight loss clients, weight gain clients and rehabilitation clients.

Branden is driven by a passion to help people reach their goals and go beyond what they thought they ever could. Through his certification as a Biosignature Practitioner, he is also able to help people internally by using supplementation to correct specific nutrient deficiencies and hormonal imbalances. He is one of only a few Biosignature Practitioners in the Orlando area. With an extensive background in health and fitness, as well as utilizing the latest research, Branden has created an amazing system here at The HITFIT Gym.

Don Suarez – Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist

Education and Qualifications:

  • Premier PTS Cerified Trainer
  • NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist
  • NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist
  • NASM Golf Fitness Specialist
  • Titleist Performance Institute – Level 1

Don has a degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University.  He has been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years.  During that time he managed one of the top health clubs in the Orlando area.

Fitness and Athletics have always been a passion for Don.  His work with the Core Golf Academy and Professional Golfers Career College has developed his skills as a trainer, and is now considered a top choice when considering a Performance Enhancement Specialist.

Don’s philosophy regarding training is that the body is a complex machine with various parts all working together to produce proper movement.  Unfortunately most people lose the ability to move properly thus, creating an environment for injuries to occur.

He takes great pride in being able to help clients feel, look, and move better than they ever have.  If you want a trainer who can develop custom, systematic training based on your body, then he is the right choice.

Education and Qualifications

  • AA degree major in pre physical therapy from Lake Sumter State College
  • Certified personal trainer through NASM

Emily’s passion for fitness encouraged her to seek a degree in Pre-Physical Therapy. While working for this degree, she’s able to help her clients achieve not only a better body and self image, but also aid in injury prevention. She loves challenging her clients to show them just what they are truly capable of.

One of her favorite parts of exercise is the time she gets to herself. “Bad days can make great workouts because it’s an escape from reality while bettering yourself.” Aside from working out, she also enjoys hiking, kayaking, and swimming.

Emily tries to exemplify what she preaches to her clients by being positive, exercising daily, eating healthy, working hard, staying strong, worrying less, smiling more, loving often and being happy.

Renette Khan

Education and Qualifications

  • A.A in Visual Arts w/ a Minor in Psychology
  • Certified Personal Trainer and Weight loss specialist
  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer (Currently working towards)

Renette was born in Toronto, Canada and lived there until she was 12. Exercise and healthy eating has always been a priority throughout her life. In fact, she was a member of The HitFit Gym for six months and loved it so much that shed decided to become an employee. She’s always had a desire to help people achieve a healthier lifestyle, and The HitFit Gym allows her to fulfill that goal.

While she loves the gym atmosphere, being outside appeals to her much more. Things like kayaking, bike riding, stand up paddle boarding and snorkeling are just a few of the outdoor activities she enjoys. Her lust for life and adventure has taken her all around the world including Hong Kong, Ireland, and Mexico.

Renette takes this same approach when it comes to her clients’ fitness goals. While it’s important to perform the workouts in the gym for their physical and health, it’s also important to enjoy life for the spiritual and psychological side. She encourages her clients to go out and experience everything life has to offer by leading an active lifestyle. “Fitness doesn’t have to be dull and boring. I love to find the best in everything.”
