Muscle Balancing/Corrective Exercise

Our bodies are complex structures made up of muscle and bone.  Often times a muscle or group of muscles becomes problematic with respect to proper movement.  This often leads to pain or injury.  The muscles either become too tight and overactive or too weak and inhibited.

The corrective exercise specialist will do a series of movement screens to identify any potential problem areas in the body.  Then through the use of soft tissue therapy along with proper exercises the client will regain movement that was once lost.  This will create a decreased risk of injury with an increase in results.
